Cancellation & Returns Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION
At DK Handloom Factory, we process all orders swiftly to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at shardaranii19@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. Refunds for canceled orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each of our products is crafted with love and care. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at shardaranii19@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
We do not offer returns; however, a replacement is possible under the following conditions:
- The request for replacement is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in perfect condition, and free from damage, stains, or marks.
- The replacement order will be processed and delivered within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
- Replacement is only applicable with products of equal or higher price value.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please notify us at shardaranii19@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days for inspection.

- The customer bears the return shipping cost, while DK Handloom Factory covers the repair and re-shipping charges.
- If any hardware components (such as locks, studs, buckles, or straps) are damaged due to usage, we offer repairs within 30 days of purchase.
- This policy applies only to direct purchases from our website and not to items bought through retail outlets.
