Shipping Method & Delivery Timelines

We ship our products through registered courier companies for both domestic and international orders. DK Handloom Factory follows a made-to-order approach to minimize waste. This means production begins only after an order is confirmed online.

International orders: Delivered within 10-15 business days.
Domestic orders (within India): Delivered within 5-7 business days.
Once your order is placed, we will send an email confirmation with an estimated delivery date.

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.

Shipping of Products

All orders are processed from our warehouse in Delhi, India.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.

Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total order cost at checkout.
Most countries impose import duties and taxes based on the destination and product type.
These charges must be paid directly to the shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, etc.) upon delivery, as invoiced by the carrier.
DK Handloom Factory is not responsible for these additional charges.
